I've triaged CrowdStrike Falcon EPP/EDR detections across 1,000+ managed endpoints at a Nepal-based MSSP, investigating phishing, malware, and ransomware incidents while tuning policies to reduce recurring alert noise.
I'm also a digital forensics research assistant at the University of New Haven, publishing DFIR research and building detection workflows across endpoint, identity, cloud, and audit telemetry using Splunk, Python, and forensic tools.
