At Yazz Communication Academy, I provide career guidance and mentorship to students and young professionals, helping them set realistic academic and professional goals. I support learners in identifying skill gaps and choosing suitable next steps in digital-skills and professional training.
I facilitate computer literacy, digital productivity and public-speaking training, simplifying technical concepts for beginners. I also oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations and support new team members as they adapt to their responsibilities.
Through community and mentoring work, I supported the self-esteem development of 20+ emotionally neglected young girls and trained 100+ women on domestic violence through an online WhatsApp platform. My earlier special-education work included individualized behaviour-modification sessions, Individual Educational Plans and guidance for parents and carers.
