I've led automation and quality strategies for Bank of America’s mission-critical core banking systems, building resilient TOSCA and BDD RAFT test suites across functional, integration, regression, UAT, and API layers.

As lead of the Core Microsoft Copilot QA Enablement Team, I created security governance and AI-powered testing practices for 50+ engineers globally. I also designed Copilot.md prompt workflows that converted legacy manual scenarios into automated scripts and reduced test design cycles by more than 35%.

At All Generation Tech, I develop Playwright test suites with TypeScript and Node.js, integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines, and validate customized Unqork applications, APIs, data models, and workflows.

Across Santander Bank and ExxonMobil, I've delivered test planning, database validation, web-service testing, ALM and JIRA administration, and accessibility compliance. I bring hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, TOSCA, UFT, SoapUI, JAWS, and WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 standards.
