At Kingston University, I studied Cyber Security and Computer Forensics and gained hands-on experience in ethical-hacking and security labs. I used Kali Linux, Nessus, Nmap, Burp Suite, and Metasploit in controlled environments to examine common security weaknesses.
My digital-forensics coursework covered evidence acquisition and preservation, forensic analysis, and data recovery using FTK, Autopsy, and Volatility. I also studied investigation and reporting.
I studied threat intelligence, threat hunting, SIEM concepts, and incident response, and used Splunk and ELK Stack to examine activity in simulated environments. My coursework also covered system hardening, cryptography, firewalls, and access control.
For my independent final project, “Lost Data Recovery,” I researched, investigated, and tested approaches to recovery, then evaluated the results and presented them in a detailed written report. I also have experience supporting office administration and customer-facing work.
