I'm looking to lead Oracle EBS implementation, integration, optimization, and business process automation initiatives while managing technical teams and enterprise IT operations.

I've delivered five end-to-end Oracle Financials and Supply Chain implementations at Descon Corporation and now manage Oracle EBS operations, configuration, support, and optimization at Descon Engineering.

I work hands-on across Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials, SCM, OPM, and eAM, building SQL and PL/SQL solutions, APIs, workflows, and form personalizations. I also lead technical teams, manage integrations with legacy and third-party systems, and oversee IT operations, budgets, SLAs, audits, ITGC compliance, performance tuning, and business process automation.
