Tafadzwa Dean kucherera

I'm Tafadzwa Dean Kucherera, a driven and ambitious individual with a strong passion for innovation and sustainability. As a final-year engineering student at Stellenbosch University, I've had the opportunity to develop a range of skills and experiences that have prepared me for a career in the tech industry.

Through my academic and professional experiences, I've developed a strong foundation in technical skills such as MATLAB, Python, and Autodesk Inventor. I've also had the opportunity to work on projects that focus on sustainability and innovation, including the development of a low-cost strain measurement data acquisition system and a website and user interface/user experience design for a platform that offers analytics and insights using CCTV feeds and advanced machine learning models.

In addition to my technical skills, I've also developed strong leadership and communication skills through my experiences as a tutor, vice chairperson of a safety and security committee, and service ambassador. I'm excited to bring my skills and experiences to a role that aligns with my passion for innovation and sustainability.
