I am an applied-research professional with over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in delivering innovative IP and algorithms for automotive and custom-compute SoCs. My journey has been marked by a blend of technical expertise and leadership, where I have successfully managed multi-million euro EU grants and built robust partnership ecosystems.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Innovation Engineer and European University Program Lead at Codasip, where I have expanded our academic partnership network to over 30 global institutions. My role involves steering significant EU projects, coordinating industry-academia collaborations, and leading a distributed R&D team to deliver cutting-edge proof-of-concept solutions in RISC-V and embedded AI. My previous experience at ONSEMI allowed me to grow from a student intern to a senior engineer, where I contributed to notable projects and patents in algorithm design and signal processing.
