Led the setup of the grants management system and processes for the US$12M Sierra Leone Agribusiness Development Fund. Managed the application process, coordinated assessing teams, and conducted due diligence on 18 shortlisted companies.

Set up grants processes for the WAFM Challenge Fund, a GBP 7M fund, successfully launching two Funding Windows. Managed the entire application process and contracting of grantees in Nigeria, Ghana, Burkina Faso, and Niger.

Managed the East African portfolio of projects covering Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and South Sudan, with a total value of USD 25 million. Conducted due diligence, contracted new grantees, and monitored grantee reporting.
