Atane’s staffing search uses a RAG pipeline I built over 200+ employee resumes to answer natural-language questions and return ranked candidates with supporting resume evidence. I designed the ingestion and chunking strategy, keeping each experience claim connected to its project, agency, and duration context.
At Atane, I also translate client technical requirements into structured responses and automate organizational charts for RFP/RFQ pursuits. In my AI projects, I built an MCP server and a multi-tool ReAct agent for resume evidence search, company research, and cover letter generation.
