In my self-directed RHEL lab on VMware, I practiced managing users and groups, configuring sudo access, and setting file permissions.

I used systemctl to manage and troubleshoot services, and DNF and RPM to install and update software and configure repositories.

I practiced network configuration with nmcli and nmtui, SSH access, LVM storage, persistent mounts, and basic SELinux. I also used journalctl to investigate system logs.

I wrote Bash scripts for routine tasks and used Python for a world population analysis project covering 190+ countries. I’m currently preparing for the RHCSA and seeking an entry-level Linux / System Administrator role.
