At The Springs Living, I independently maintain cleanliness and organization across a floor of resident apartments, planning cleaning around residents’ schedules and daily activities. I also report observed changes in residents’ behavior or routines to the appropriate team members, and I’ve been recognized twice as Employee of the Month.
