I am seeking a senior BI/Agile role where I can lead cross-functional teams, drive Agile transformation, build scalable analytics, and mentor talent in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am an experienced Scrum Master and Business Intelligence leader with 14+ years delivering BI solutions and leading Agile transformations across healthcare, finance, and enterprise domains. I combine hands-on expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik (Sense/View), Python, and SQL with strong stakeholder engagement to align analytics with business goals.

As a BI Manager and Associate Manager, I led cross-functional teams of 25+ members, implemented automated reporting pipelines, and improved operational efficiency through advanced analytics and performance optimization. I have driven visualization standards, delivered complex visual narratives (including geospatial and network visualizations), and trained teams to foster a data-literate culture.

After a planned sabbatical for family care, I refreshed my technical skills (PGDCA) and focused on mentoring and upskilling aspiring data professionals. I am passionate about disciplined agile execution, data storytelling, and building scalable BI solutions that inform executive decision-making.
