What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality assurance work where I can shape test strategy, manage QA resources, improve quality indicators, and apply automation, performance, database, and Agile testing experience.

I led software quality assurance at Vitalhub Technologies Inc, defining test approaches, planning tests, estimating work, and managing QA resources.

I review test scenario execution, maintain quality indicators, design and review test cases, and set up Windows and Linux test environments. I also work in Agile and Scrum teams and execute database-level testing with SQL scripts.

Across senior QA lead and QA engineer roles, I've supported ETL and data warehouse testing, performance testing, QTP automation, and automated test script execution. My experience includes Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter, Jira, SQL, MySQL, and RAVAN DB.

Earlier, I led e-learning services work including customer training, user acceptance testing, instructional design, interactive course development, and C# .NET bug fixing. I'm ISTQB Foundation Level qualified and bring 18 years of software quality assurance experience.
