Designed and delivered a Notification Interface API automating error alerting and ServiceNow incident creation, reducing mean-time-to-acknowledge for integration failures. Led MuleSoft capability workshops and contributed to architecture reviews and integration pattern standardization.

Architected Smart Factory integration layer connecting production floor IoT/OT systems with enterprise ERP, enabling end-to-end automation of manufacturing processes. Designed event-driven integration patterns for real-time production telemetry and downstream ERP updates.

Delivered disaster recovery integration support ensuring sub-RTO failover for critical enterprise integration flows and system continuity during DR drills.

Built MuleSoft integration between customer ERP and SAP PO system, creating a single source of truth for procurement data and eliminating duplicate entry. Authored RAML specifications and implemented DataWeave transformations across JSON, XML, and CSV formats.

Built real-time FX data integration between OANDA and Salesforce CRM, and integrated Workday HR with third-party APIs. Created RAML contracts for OANDA, Workday, and Salesforce APIs, enforcing schema governance.

Built IQD integration using Mule ESB for real-time ingredient status notifications, and developed SAP-to-ServiceNow Plant Request interface. Owned full SDLC delivery for multiple Mule ESB batch integration workflows.

Replaced IBM Sterling MFT with Apache Camel-based file transfer solution for eBay Order Processor, reducing operational cost and improving transfer reliability. Implemented Shipment Visibility system aggregating carrier API data.

Led migration of Enterprise Access License system from Sybase to Java using X-analysis tooling, modernizing a legacy data access platform. Developed integration routing and transformation logic using Apache Camel across full project lifecycle.
