I’m a Certified Professional Coder – Apprentice (CPC-A) with a strong healthcare background and clinical training. I focus on turning provider documentation into accurate, compliant codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II.

In my remote contract-ready coding work, I assigned ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation and applied official coding guidelines and payer policies. I reviewed medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, and I flagged documentation gaps and potential coding discrepancies.

I bring a compliance-first mindset, with knowledge of CMS, NCCI, and AAPC guidelines as well as HIPAA and healthcare confidentiality requirements. I’m also working with clinical documentation review and evaluation & management (E/M) coding to support stronger chart-to-code integrity.

Before coding, my clinical experience in India included assisting in cesarean sections and supporting post-operative and cardiac patient care. Now I’m seeking remote freelance or contract medical coding opportunities in outpatient and professional fee coding where quality, attention to detail, and reliable guideline adherence matter.
