I’m Sushma Karki a business graduate from Kathmandu, Nepal with real experience in banking sector and a passion for data analytics and business operations.

During my internship at Global IME Bank Ltd. I handled 50+ customers daily, managed KYC documents and kept branch operations running smoothly . I proactively completed job simulation with Deloitte ( Data Analytics) and Mastercards ( Consulting Service) via Forage. I build Tableau Dashboards, conducting statistical marketing analysis and delivering strategic recommendation.

I am trilingual in English, Nepali and Hindi, scored 7/9 on IELTS and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tableau and office suite.
