Surabhi Pawaskar

I’m a psychology graduate who thrives at the intersection of people, service, and large-scale coordination. I combine strong organizational and leadership skills with a calm, professional approach in high-pressure environments.

In 2020–2021, I worked as a Customer Care Head at Dr. AB Cardozo Clinic, managing front desk operations, scheduling, and patient inquiries during COVID. I provided customer support, addressed concerns, ensured patient satisfaction, and maintained accurate records while supporting administrative work during high-demand periods.

From 2021–2024, I served as Chief Volunteer Coordinator for the International Purple Fest in Goa, leading the execution of India’s first-of-its-kind inclusive festival celebrating persons with disabilities. I managed 3,000 volunteers for two consecutive years, handling logistics, task delegation, and conflict resolution to keep event operations seamless.

I also bring leadership through community and volunteering roles, including serving as Community Service Director at Rotaract Club of Mapusa (2023–2024). I coordinated donation drives like the “GOONJ” clothes collection, supported events in orphanages and old-age homes, co-ordinated an Education Expo, and helped organize the “YUNAAY” event to give women entrepreneurs a platform.
