At DXC Technology, I build, enhance, test, and support mainframe applications for MetLife Insurance’s Panorama steady-state project.
I work across requirement gathering, technical specifications, structural design, COBOL coding, DB2, JCL, batch-cycle execution, defect resolution, and production support. I’ve also supported Documaker requests, policy rider changes, member-provider processing, and online member enrollment.
I collaborate with onsite coordinators and team members, prepare implementation and post-implementation documentation, and monitor batch schedules and incidents. I’m an IBM Mainframes-certified professional focused on delivering reliable solutions in the insurance domain.
