In my ecommerce sales project, I analyzed 40,471 orders and found the true net sales drop was 21.03%, not the reported 18%. I estimated ₹5.70 Cr in recoverable revenue and built a dashboard; I also created a SQL churn risk scoring model and an executive dashboard for a SaaS customer churn project.
