I’m seeking a senior role where I can drive financial governance, reporting excellence, regulatory compliance, and institutional growth.

At Himalayan Bank Limited, I lead monthly, quarterly, and annual NFRS financial reporting, NRB regulatory submissions, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. I also support IFRS 9 ECL provisioning, debenture projections, investment and M&A analysis, and automated financial reporting initiatives with IT.

Across commercial banking, merchant banking, and audit, I’ve managed compliance, audit coordination, financial controls, and stakeholder engagement with senior management, regulators, and external auditors. My Chartered Accountancy background includes statutory, internal, tax, due diligence, insurance, NGO, and corporate audit assignments.
