Previously at Abans Environmental Services, part of the Abans Group, I managed welfare treasury operations, directed recovery strategies, prepared daily collection reports for the Board of Directors, and supported annual budgeting and strategic planning. I also developed processes to streamline financial operations, negotiated customer payment plans, and conducted risk and business-impact assessments.

At LB Finance, I handled credit operations, leasing-system data, loan and lease follow-ups, and RMV-related documentation. I consistently worked toward—and exceeded—recovery targets while maintaining confidential recovery records.
