At Consero Solutions, I lead financial controllership for 14 multi-entity businesses with revenues up to USD 120M, spanning SaaS, consulting, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. I develop ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue-recognition policies, strengthen reporting governance, and reduced month-end close timelines by up to two days.

Over 20 years in accounting and finance, I've supported TeamLease's IPO, delivered material cost and cash-conversion improvements at Duroflex, and built reporting, audit, and control frameworks across global organizations. I lead and mentor finance teams while partnering with executives and operational leaders to turn financial results into actionable business decisions.
