What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to supply chain, logistics operations, analytics, and continuous-improvement work where I can optimize processes, solve operational problems, and use Lean and data-driven models.

At Roado, I onboarded 80+ SMB transporter accounts and two enterprise clients onto a freight visibility platform, supporting shipment tracking and dispatch efficiency across multi-lane logistics operations.

I managed 80+ accounts through Zoho CRM, resolved adoption issues with transporter and client stakeholders, and supported continued platform use across logistics workflows.

I identified a bottleneck affecting 30%+ of deals and proposed modular pricing that reduced turnaround time from 45 to 20 days, contributing to a 25% revenue uplift.

I also build supply chain improvement models: a Python and PuLP distribution network analysis projected INR 27.6L in annual savings, while my Lean value-stream mapping project modeled a 90% lead-time reduction for a 2-wheeler suspension assembly process.
