At Cognifyr HQ, I created BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, developed 3D Revit models from AutoCAD drawings, and created Revit MEP templates and workflows.
For the Manorkierland residential apartments project in Arizona, I modeled HVAC and fire-fighting services and coordinated clashes with other services in Navisworks. I also extracted shop drawings from MEP models and am familiar with ASHRAE and ISHRAE codes and standards.
