At Tech Sharks, I conduct quality assurance for web and mobile applications, including hospitality, donation, and insurance projects. I’ve performed user acceptance testing for a hospital management system and tested donation workflows across web, Android, and iOS.
In insurance testing, I’ve validated policy, claims, and underwriting workflows through functional, regression, integration, and system testing. I also prepare test scenarios and cases, report and retest defects, and support UAT using tools including JIRA, Postman, and MySQL.
