At BYD Cimex, I manage EV service and accident-repair processes, coordinating customers, technicians, insurance companies, and internal departments. I prepare repair quotations based on vehicle damage, parts, labor, and repair requirements.

I also coordinate insurance claims and repair approvals, monitor work with technicians and parts teams, and conduct follow-ups and quality checks before vehicle delivery. This work has given me practical exposure to EV diagnostics, repair procedures, and BYD vehicle systems.

At Plugin Motors Pvt. Ltd – BYD Auto Industry, I assisted senior service engineers with diagnosing and servicing BYD electric vehicles. I supported inspections, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and service documentation.

My academic projects include MATLAB analysis of a hydrogen-fuel combustion engine modification and a Python simulation of EV battery thermal behaviour in cold climates. I also designed and fabricated a three-axis CNC milling machine and used Python to model battery state of health.
