At Relatore solutions UAE, I worked as a Claims Submission Coordinator intern, conducting pre-authorization and eligibility verification for insurance providers. I generated and reviewed XML claim files, resolving claim submission errors.

I processed and resubmitted insurance e-claims and supported denial management. I also performed medical coding and documentation using CPT and ICD-10-CM in MediMate247 EMR Software.

Earlier, I handled office administration at Al Fenoun Childrens Skills Development Centre, including student records, attendance, fee collection, and monthly reports. My other experience includes audit work at K. Satheesan & Co. and back-office roles at King star insurance agencies and National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT).
