@sugattamrakar
Energetic social worker with a passion for community development.
What I'm looking for
I am Sugat Tamrakar, a dedicated social worker with a strong commitment to community development and empowerment. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, where I engaged in various research projects that explored critical social issues such as alcoholism and youth behavior. Through internships at organizations like CWIN Nepal and Alcoholic Recovering Voice, I gained hands-on experience in addressing the needs of vulnerable populations, particularly children and individuals struggling with addiction.
My professional experience includes working as a program assistant at Environmental Camps for Conservation Awareness (ECCA), where I implemented life-skill programs and managed educational activities. I have also participated in a professional fellowship program focused on community development, collaborating with international volunteers to enhance early childhood education and support earthquake relief efforts. My ability to document and report on community needs has been instrumental in driving impactful programs.
As a member of the Leo Club of Kantipur, I have honed my leadership skills and organized numerous community initiatives, including blood donation drives and awareness campaigns. I am passionate about creating positive change and am eager to bring my skills and experiences to a new role where I can contribute to meaningful projects.
