At KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., I’m leading the first-time preparation of five years of consolidated financial statements for the Capital Development Authority across more than 120 divisions. I proposed the IPSAS accrual framework and IPSAS 33 adoption relief, and set accounting policies and chart-of-accounts logic.
For the engagement, I designed a data-collection workbook with standardised templates and a divisional tracker. I prepare consolidated statements from divisional data, mapping trial balances and building disclosure templates.
As a Senior Associate at KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., I delivered IFRS audits for listed and large private clients in oil and gas, power, telecom, hospitality and real estate. I documented and tested internal controls, drafted reporting deliverables, and led field teams.
At PwC, I mapped branch processes for Defence Housing Authority Bahawalpur and identified control gaps. I also verified loan disbursement and recovery for the Government of Punjab's Kissan financial-inclusion project and evaluated training providers funded by the Punjab Skills Development Fund.
