At Pegorion Software Solutions, I translate SaaS product concepts and backend logic into user flows and high-fidelity screens that reduce friction for real users.
For AssessFlow, I built the end-to-end exam monitoring experience, centralized data management, and Admin token generation and company approval flows. My recruitment dashboard direction was selected as the foundation for the final product.
I led UX for a role-based Employee Management System across Admin, HR, Manager, and Employee portals, including a scalable permissions architecture and a guided six-step payroll workflow. I also built and maintained a reusable component system as the product scope grew.
I independently redesigned Pegorion’s live marketing website, restructuring its information architecture and creating new Careers and BPO Services experiences. Product and internal stakeholders credited the work with helping build client trust.
