What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote and global opportunities where I can design enterprise SaaS and complex workflows, collaborate with distributed teams, and create accessible, AI-assisted experiences grounded in research and validation.

At Mitratech, I lead end-to-end design for INSZOOM, TalentReef, and Circa, shaping enterprise HR, workforce management, and compliance workflows from research through developer handoff.

I redesigned the INSZOOM FN Portal, raising task completion from 0% to 100% and helping users find case status in under 30 seconds. I also validated TalentReef Bulk Export before development, where every usability participant completed the task unassisted.

I design beyond the happy path with scalable systems, accessibility, AI-assisted UX, and clear rationale for distributed US/APAC teams. My work spans research, interaction design, usability testing, WCAG 2.1 AA, and complex workflow design.
