At Togglecorp Solutions, I lead delivery of humanitarian technology platforms, including IFRC Montandon’s Global Crisis Data Bank, which now holds 1.5M+ crisis records from 12 data sources. I coordinate 10–12 engineers across organizations and time zones while translating operational needs from IFRC, IDMC, GDACS, and PDC into technical specifications and delivery plans.
I also bring hands-on frontend and data experience in ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, SQL, ETL design, and data harmonization. Across DEEP, Nepal Red Cross Society, and client web projects, I’ve managed support, releases, scope, client communication, RFPs, and mentoring for junior developers.
