I prepare repair procedures for aircraft components from Engineering Work Orders and support the repair lifecycle, from disassembly and cleaning through inspection and finishing.
On Airbus A330 / A340 fuselage work, I developed Allowable Damage Calculations for dent damage and prepared Structural Repair Manual substantiation inputs. I also performed landing gear dynamic analysis and sizing.
Across Boeing programs, I conducted structural analysis and prepared Aircraft Design Modules and Strength Check Notes. I currently manage a team of engineers on a cost optimization project and mentor junior engineers in FEA modeling.
