What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my bilingual communication, safety training, emergency-response skills, and customer service experience in a role that supports people and enhances guest experiences.

I've supported guest safety as a Pool Lifeguard with YMCA of Greater Richmond, responding to emergencies with first aid and CPR and following established medical protocols.

I collaborate on safety drills and training sessions, inspect pool equipment and facilities, and help maintain operational readiness.
