I am a QA Analyst with 4.7 years of hands-on experience across manual, functional, regression and end-to-end testing, with a strong focus on mobile applications, web applications, firmware and hardware validations. I combine enterprise QA discipline from Deloitte with product ownership & 0-1 QA setup experience in a product based startup Vouch.io.

At Vouch.io I being the first QA hire served as the sole owner for end to end mobile applications testing, validating firmware synchronization with UI and hardware and ensuring production releases were bug-free. I worked on projects including a blockchain based secure vehicle control app (Automobile), a secure smart meeting room access system combining blockchain and firmware and an EV charging system using NFC/RFID and blockchain-based credit systems.

Previously at Deloitte, I tested web, mobile & desktop applications for a major cruise line client with multiple domain(Guest management System, Crew Management System, Restaurant Management System, Hospital Management System, Childcare management System, Smartbands, Employee Leave Management System, etc), designed and executed over 2,500 test cases, refactored 4,000+ test cases and logged 200+ defects. I delivered knowledge-transfer sessions, trained peers and documented QA processes, receiving a Spot Award and the Highest Performance Rating.

I bring practical experience with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, Postman, basic SQL and mobile automation using Appium with Java. I am outcomes-driven, focused on release quality, and thrive in roles that require ownership of cross-disciplinary product testing.
