At DKMS Foundation India, I guide PBSC donors through pre-donation stages, coordinate with registry and medical teams, and maintain accurate donor records across a time-sensitive transplant workflow.

I've supported hospital operations at Deepashri Multi-Specialty Hospital and coordinated an emergency blood-donation initiative at St. John's Hospital that produced 11 eligible, screened donors in one day. My work includes patient and donor communication, clinical documentation, workflow tracking, care escalation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Through Life Savers Association and COVID response initiatives, I've coordinated community-health programs, public-health outreach, stakeholder communications, and high-pressure care-resource support. I bring training in clinical trials, GCP, data management, quality assurance, patient safety, healthcare process management, and transplant coordination.
