I’m an MEP Project Manager with 14+ years of experience delivering end-to-end project execution—from planning and execution to cost control and commissioning—across Solar, beverage, pharma (API), R&D, CPWD infrastructure, mining, and manufacturing projects. I focus on making MEP systems perform reliably in demanding, production-driven environments.

Across industrial and process plants, I coordinate multidisciplinary MEP work with a strong emphasis on electrical integration with civil and mechanical scopes. I’ve delivered high-value projects on time and within budget, including ₹75Cr beverage electrical execution and ₹57Cr pharma API MEP delivery, while maintaining zero safety incidents.

I also bring proven experience in government and commercial infrastructure through CPWD (Ministry of Urban Affairs), where I managed multi-stakeholder coordination with consultants, contractors, and authorities—ensuring quality, safety, and documentation compliance. My approach blends vendor and contract management, risk management, QA/QC ownership, and effective HSE implementation.

In recent roles, I’ve led solar EPC execution for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors under PM Surya Ghar and private installations—handling installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. I’m supported by an Electrical Supervisor Certification from the AP Electrical Licensing Board and a B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (JNTU Kakinada).
