At Inspira Enterprises India Ltd., I monitor and investigate security alerts in a 24x7, multi-client MSSP SOC. I handle phishing, malware, endpoint, identity, and network incidents using Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Securonix, and EDR/XDR platforms.
I also conduct IOC-based threat hunting and use MITRE ATT&CK to investigate activity and strengthen detection coverage. My work includes phishing analysis with Proofpoint and Mimecast, insider-threat investigations using DLP telemetry, and maintaining SOC procedures and incident documentation.
