At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I lead a 9-member automation team supporting CVS Health, owning solution architecture and technical direction for enterprise RPA initiatives. I architect and enhance solutions on Automation Anywhere A360, with reusable design patterns focused on scalability and maintainability.

I guide the team through design reviews, mentoring, and delivery governance, while partnering with business stakeholders to assess automation opportunities and shape solution roadmaps. I also oversee the bot lifecycle from implementation and testing through deployment and production support in a regulated healthcare environment.

At Accenture, I designed, developed, tested, and deployed Automation Anywhere V11 solutions across banking, insurance, telecom, and healthcare. I also designed and delivered a Ticket Management Bot that won the organization-wide Battle of Bots competition, and architected and delivered more than 50 automation bots across business functions.
