At Genworth, I use SQL to analyze insurance claims data and identify policyholder trends for risk management stakeholders. I also developed Tableau dashboards that help teams monitor actuarial performance metrics.

I built automated Excel reporting tools with VBA and Power Query for monthly premium data, and used R and SAS to analyze mortality rates in support of pricing models. My work also includes integrating legacy policy data with Informatica PowerCenter and cleaning customer datasets with Python and pandas.
