At Epsilon, I built a Most Popular Product recommendation system for global and category-level personalization and delivered it as a reusable self-service ML workflow in Databricks. I also developed customer segmentation for lifecycle marketing and LLM-powered audience insight summaries with an evaluation framework to check factual alignment.
At Gulf Medical University, I teach AI for Health Care Professionals and co-supervise Master’s thesis students. Earlier, at Philips, I developed an AI-based body measurement system integrated into the Philips Lumea app, and contributed to healthcare computer-vision solutions; I’m also a named U.S. patent holder for a computer-vision technique for gingivitis severity detection.
