At GK Software SE, I test POS and self-scanning systems in retail environments, helping ensure software quality before releases.
I've analyzed escalated production issues, prepared QA environments and test data, and created test cases from business and customer requirements. I document reproducible defects in Jira, retest fixes, and communicate critical results to development and project teams.
I build and maintain automated tests with Selenium and Playwright, perform API testing with SoapUI, and validate payment-terminal and retail-hardware integrations. I also support customer rollouts, workshops, and user-acceptance testing on site.
