At Cherokee Federal LLC. (DIA Technology Assessment Team), I conduct counterintelligence and counter-HUMINT technical analysis to identify how foreign intelligence services target intelligence community personnel and operations. I support countermeasures that protect field operatives.
I lead investigations of applications, devices, and the actors behind them, tracing suspicious activity through network behavior, infrastructure, and financial backing. I document evidence, assess risk, and present findings and mitigation strategies to civilian and military leadership.
At Lacuna Defense, Inc., I built WATCHDOG, a healthcare fraud analytics pipeline using public CMS Medicare data. It combines tiered detectors, a composite risk scorer, and automated investigation dossiers.
In the Navy, I managed and tracked clearances, initiated investigations, delivered security briefings, and inspected classified spaces. I also led intelligence collection and dissemination, combining multiple intelligence disciplines into products for Warfare Commanders.
