At TapLab Agency, I built a video review system in the CRM where clients comment on creator videos at specific timestamps and admins manage replies and revisions. I also reworked CRM and client-portal workflows, simplified features, and fixed usability issues.
At ApprenticeLab, I automated apprenticeship vacancy imports from UK government APIs and built AI-scored student assessments, including written case studies and recorded video interviews. I also created game-based practice assessments and added an application Kanban board with improved vacancy filters.
In my projects, I built One Place Control Desk, a dashboard connecting Gmail, Google Calendar, and GitHub with user approval required for changes. I also built an Advanced RAG Chatbot that answers questions from uploaded documents with cited passages, and evaluated it using Ragas.
