I’m a Project Document Controller with more than 7 years of experience coordinating documentation for major projects, using EDMS (Aconex) to ensure version control, compliance, and smooth document workflows. I distribute, track, and archive technical documents, drawings, and transmittals, while coordinating with teams and contractors to keep information flowing and accessible.
Beyond core control, I conduct quality checks, train staff on document control processes, and support close-out activities. I also generate regular reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to monitor document status and performance metrics, and I’ve managed Commissioning TOPs and commissioning/construction documentation through structured databases to improve tracking and availability.
