I'm looking to lead and build scalable enterprise web applications where I can shape architecture, modernize platforms, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve delivery through clean code, performance optimization, and AI-assisted development tools.

I've delivered 10+ enterprise-scale web applications for international clients across manufacturing, finance, and e-commerce, using Angular, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.

At NeoSOFT Technologies, I lead frontend development and technical architecture for enterprise products. I modernize Angular applications, build reusable component architectures, optimize performance, and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions.

I've reviewed 200+ pull requests, conducted 300+ technical interviews, and mentored 20+ developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing. I also lead sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and release planning in Agile environments.
