At Wipro, I support a UK-based client’s IT estate of more than 55,000 assets through vulnerability management, assessment, remediation tracking, and cyber-risk mitigation.
I use Qualys Guard, ServiceNow, and JIRA to coordinate vulnerability remediation, manage Computer Vulnerability Incidents, validate potential false positives, and maintain risk-management exclusions. I also support cloud environments including Azure Stack, Oracle Cloud, and public cloud platforms.
Previously, I configured and supported F5 LTM, GTM, WAF, and BIG-IQ environments, performed device upgrades and packet-capture analysis, and resolved high-priority production incidents. I’ve trained team members, led L1 task allocation, and earned recognition for consistent support, audit readiness, and timely closure.
