I've supported security remediation at Atos for Siemens, identifying, prioritizing, tracking, and reporting vulnerabilities across client servers. I use Qualys, Tenable, TOSCA, and ART to support risk-based remediation plans, escalation tracking, and decommissioning processes.

I work with IT and development teams to coordinate patching and system hardening, using CVSS scores, business impact, SLAs, dashboards, and weekly metrics to prioritize critical findings.

Previously, I maintained and troubleshot Nike's global network infrastructure across retail stores, data centers, showrooms, and headquarters. I monitored LAN/WAN, cloud, and data-center environments, handled incidents and root-cause analysis, and supported routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network upgrades.

I've also served as an SME during shifts, sharing technical updates, guiding team members, reviewing ticket quality, and helping maintain SLA and compliance documentation.
