What I'm looking for

I’m seeking engineer or integration roles where I can build and troubleshoot APIs, work with Meta/WhatsApp integrations, collaborate with product teams, and drive reliable production deployments while growing into technical leadership.

I am an API integrations and technical support specialist with hands-on experience in MERN stack development, API data modeling, Meta APIs/GraphQL and system integrations. I’ve deployed production features like OTP generation and WhatsApp Business automations and integrated CRMs such as Dynamics 365 for enterprise clients.

At DoubleTick I partnered with Meta support and third‑party providers to troubleshoot integrations, optimize platform performance, and onboard key clients including MakeMyTrip, Royal Enfield, Hiranandani and ITC. I previously served as a full‑stack MERN intern at TELUS International and built customer‑facing web apps including a flight‑booking interface.

I bring a blend of technical troubleshooting, API architecture, and client‑facing account management, and I focus on delivering robust, well‑tested integrations that improve reliability and customer outcomes.
