At P B Tech Impact Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I manage full-cycle accounting for a 12-property affordable housing portfolio that includes 11 Section 8 properties and one public housing property. I administer HACLA subsidy payments, reconcile mortgage and escrow accounts, and prepare month-end journal entries and financial statements.
I also coordinate annual audit preparation with CPA firms, prepare lender-facing Asset Management Reports, and manage budget uploads in Yardi. Earlier, at R.K. Khattar and Company, I prepared final accounts, tax deduction analyses, and bank reconciliations for clients.
